Voting Opens: April 21, 2022

Voting Closes: May 20, 2022

How to Vote

RESNA has sent every member an email that includes a unique username and password. The e-mail was from sent from announcement@associationvoting.com. Pease contact info@resna.org if you can't locate the email.

Once you access the ballot, you will first be prompted to vote on President-Elect, Secretary and then the Board Members. Once you’ve finished voting on the open board positions, you will then have a chance to vote on the recommended Bylaws changes. There are 6 changes to the bylaws and you will vote on each change separately. A proposed amendment to the Bylaws is adopted upon an affirmative vote by at least two-thirds majority of the returned ballots. Please submit your ballot once you've voted on all board positions and the Bylaws changes. You will receive a confirmation receipt upon submission.

Bylaws Amendments

This year, the Governance Committee reviewed the RESNA Byalws and proposed the changes linked below. Every other year, we ask the chairs of RESNA’s five independent boards to review their sections of the bylaws and submit any updates or changes for consideration. The Governance Committee reviews all requested changes and sends them to the Board of Directors for approval.

This year's proposed changes include updates to current practice, corrections to grammatical errors, and clarification of roles and responsibilities. In order to make an informed decision, here are resources to help with your voting:

If you have questions about the proposed changes or have suggestions for the Governance Committtee to consider next year, please reach out to Andrea Van Hook, RESNA Executive Director at execoffice@resna.org.
